So first I want to say that I have a lot of respect for this place because they do not solicit reviews. And there are other companies on here doing the same work that constantly ask their customers for five star reviews. I know because I have hired people like that before I found Daniel’s. Their technician came out to install a new thermopile in my gas fireplace. He was very neat and clean and respectful. He was quite efficient and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He did a good job and you could feel that additional heat the fireplace put out immediately.

We contacted Daniels Plumbing & Heating to install mini splits for our home. They have been so responsive and courteous. All the technicians have been exceptional, and one truly stands out. His name is AdrianTrevizo. He explains everything and is so knowledgeable and patient as he goes over all the details we needed to know to operate the system. We were so impressed. He is truly a 4 star technician. Our salesman, Robbie, also went the extra mile to make sure we had all the right min-splits to make our home comfortable and to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My dryer was taking several cycles to dry, so I called Daniel’s. They were able to send a technician the next day to clean out my dryer vent. Santiago came as scheduled and took care of the problem in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. Thank you Daniel’s! Thank you SO much for taking care of me when my water heating unit drain resulted in unexpected consequences. I was discouraged when I found my bathtub filling with cold water Thursday night. But even more down hearted that maybe it isn’t possible to find a business that does good work for a reasonable price. But Daniel’s followed through right away getting my water heater operational leaving me in better shape than before I called you. Thank you for being that business that does good work and takes care of their customers and their employees. I appreciated Sergio’s service and the knowledge he brought to the situation. We've been using Daniel's for years and have NEVER been disappointed by their work or their products (we've replaced out swamp cooler and water heater from them). We've never had a problem with the technicians they've sent out to us . Joel, the guy they sent out this time was no exception. He was professional, fast and thorough. At the end of the job he had done, he was already packed up in his truck when I mentioned a concern about our furnace which he had just checked on for maintenance. He offered with no prompting from me to go back up in the attic (a real pain in the ass) and to check it again. He also gave us great advice for our furnace and air conditioning. He solved a big problem for us with compassion, honesty, and understanding. He arrived promptly and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this company for plumbing and heating needs.

Daniels Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning bid on our new energy efficient HVAC system and gave us an outstanding deal. The following week Austin and Willie pulled out our 65 year old furnace and antiquated AC, and did a meticulous job installing the new equipment. We have an older home in Santa Fe and the Daniels crew expertly adapted the new HVAC system. They even left the job site cleaner than they found it. During the two days the crew was here, they were courteous, informative and professional. Highly recommend this company.
